Norsk Råkk

For a number of years, Norsk Råkk has perfected their high octane energy and powerful live shows. They have toured relentlessly all over the country, and mixes musical elements and styles with the same self-esteem as they switch instruments on stage during their concerts. The band began in Oslo in the winter of 2006 with a strong desire to play danceable rock with Norwegian lyrics. The band retrieves inspiration from ska, reggae and punk, and also has a foot firmly placed in the legacy of classic Norwegian new wave. Norsk Råkk is a wonderful time machine that takes you back to the 80's, while retaining the distinctiveness and originality of their sound. The band is well known for its exhilarating presence on stage that is characterized by a great atmosphere and buzz of energy.
