Bo Milli

Bo Milli, formerly known as Emilie Østebø, is without a doubt one of the most exciting new artists on the country's indie scene. It was with great excitement that we saw her at by:Larm 2022 and we look forward to presenting her to our audience.

The guitarist and songwriter has spent 2021 working in the studio and producing his debut EP together with Odd Martin (Aurora, Sigrid, Sløtface). Bo Milli writes both about how everyday life is experienced when a climate crisis threatens the future - and about how embarrassing it is to be twenty, desperate to be liked, stumbling through new challenges and opportunities. With a disposition for self-criticism and a talent for turning it into art, Bo Milli is an essential new voice in music.
